General Provisions

sp999 is an online gaming platform that provides slots, casino games, sports betting, and other entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These terms apply to all sp999 products and services.

Eligibility & Registration

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, sp999 reserves the right to close all accounts and forfeit any balances.

2.3 Registration Information

• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• If incorrect information is provided, the account may be closed at any time.
• If any information changes, our support team must be notified immediately.
• The account is strictly personal — it may not be operated on behalf of any third party.

Account Security

The user is obligated to keep their login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. This information should not be shared with anyone.

• The user is fully responsible for all activities carried out from their account.
• Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity must be reported to sp999 support immediately.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Take extra caution when logging in on public devices or Wi-Fi networks.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

sp999 currently supports deposits and withdrawals through the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. It may take a bit longer during verification processes.

4.4 Account Verification

Identity verification of the account may be required before a withdrawal. If the required documents are not submitted, the payment process may be put on hold.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at sp999 can receive a 100% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳18,000 → ৳8,000 bonus → total ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. The wagering calculation applies only to the bonus amount, not to the original deposit.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may have its own expiry date and conditions.
• Promotions may not be combined with other promotions while one is active, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
• sp999 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraud or misuse is suspected.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all games and betting markets operated at sp999:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In sports betting, if a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• sp999 may correct at any time any winnings that were incorrectly credited due to a technical error.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or following unusual betting patterns is prohibited.
• sp999 reserves the right to set bet limits on specific games or markets.

When betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi, and other sports, separate rules for that sport may also apply.

Fair Play Policy

• Financial losses resulting from the user's own negligence or intentional error.

Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Action by sp999

In the following situations, sp999 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice:

• Occurrence of prohibited activities described in Section 08.
• The information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• An account that has been inactive for an extended period.
• To meet legal or regulatory requirements.

10.2 Action by the User

A user may request closure of their own account at any time. In that case, please contact sp999 support. All balance-related transactions must be completed before the account is closed.
